Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, Sriracha, sesame oil, and ginger. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a thick, slightly grainy paste.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the warm water, one tablespoon at a time, while whisking constantly. Stop adding water once the sauce is glossy and coats the back of a spoon.
  3. Give the sauce one last rapid whisk to ensure no clumps of peanut butter remain. Taste for acidity; if it feels too heavy, add an extra squeeze of lime juice to brighten the profile.
