Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp warm water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, Sriracha, sesame oil, and ginger. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a thick, slightly grainy paste.
- Slowly drizzle in the warm water, one tablespoon at a time, while whisking constantly. Stop adding water once the sauce is glossy and coats the back of a spoon.
- Give the sauce one last rapid whisk to ensure no clumps of peanut butter remain. Taste for acidity; if it feels too heavy, add an extra squeeze of lime juice to brighten the profile.
