Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (125g) creamy unsalted peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) warm water
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp (45ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp (15g) Sriracha
  • 1 tsp (5g) freshly grated ginger
  • 1 clove (3g) garlic, minced fine

Instructions:

  1. Grate the fresh ginger and mince the garlic until they form a near-paste to ensure flavors are evenly distributed.
  2. Combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, and rice vinegar in a mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until the mixture emulsifies into a smooth, thick paste.
  3. Stir in the sesame oil, Sriracha, ginger, and garlic. Gradually whisk in the warm water one tablespoon at a time until the sauce reaches a velvety, ribbon-like consistency.
