Ingredients:

  • 8 oz hard cheese (e.g., Manchego or Aged Cheddar)
  • 8 oz soft cheese (e.g., Brie or Goat Cheese)
  • 6 oz cured salami or prosciutto
  • 1 cup assorted crackers or sliced baguette
  • 1/2 cup mixed raw nuts
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1/2 cup sliced radishes
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp wildflower honey
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup cubed watermelon
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions:

  1. Position small ceramic ramekins on the board first and fill them with wet ingredients such as honey, balsamic glaze, or jams to act as structural anchors.
  2. Place cheeses in different quadrants of the board; slice the hard cheese into triangles and leave the soft cheese whole with a small wedge removed.
  3. Fold the cured meats into 'salami roses' or ribbon-like folds and nestle them among the cheese selections.
  4. Fill the remaining gaps with crackers, mixed nuts, and seasonal produce (snap peas, radishes, berries, and melon) to create a cohesive, vibrant spread.
