Ingredients:

  • 8 oz prosciutto
  • 8 oz lean turkey pepperoni
  • 4 oz mini mozzarella pearls
  • 4 oz goat cheese log
  • 4 oz sharp white cheddar
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup English cucumber
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup roasted garlic hummus
  • 1 cup tzatziki
  • 1 cup whole grain crackers
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 2 oz dark chocolate squares
  • 1 tbsp raw honey

Instructions:

  1. Place ramekins of hummus and tzatziki on opposite ends of the board to act as structural anchors.
  2. Position the goat cheese log in the center of the board to create a focal point.
  3. Arrange the prosciutto and turkey pepperoni in rivers or folds flowing around the dip bowls.
  4. Place the cubed sharp white cheddar and mozzarella pearls in tight clusters near the cured meats.
  5. Tuck cucumber slices and snap peas into the open spaces around the dip ramekins.
  6. Fill the remaining voids with blueberries and grapes.
  7. Distribute almonds, walnuts, dried apricots, and dark chocolate squares across the board.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and drizzle raw honey over the cheeses.
