Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Genoa Salami, sliced into rounds
  • 4 oz Sopressata or Pepperoni, sliced
  • 4 oz Aged Sharp Cheddar, cubed
  • 4 oz Brie or Camembert, wedge
  • 4 oz Fresh Mozzarella pearls
  • 1 cup RITZ Crackers
  • 1 cup TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1 cup WHEAT THINS Snacks
  • 1/2 cup Green Olives, pitted
  • 1 cup Red Grapes, on the stem
  • 1/2 cup Raw Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Fig Jam or Honey

Instructions:

  1. Place small ceramic bowls on the wooden board to act as anchors, positioning the brie wedge and cheddar cubes near these bowls to create focal points.
  2. Fold the prosciutto into loose ribbons to add height and volume, and arrange the salami rounds in an overlapping 'S' curve or shingle pattern across the center of the board.
  3. Scatter the three types of crackers in clusters around the edges, leaning some against the cheese, and fill remaining gaps with grapes, almonds, and olives.
