Ingredients:
- 4 oz Prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 4 oz Genoa Salami, sliced into rounds
- 4 oz Sopressata or Pepperoni, sliced
- 4 oz Aged Sharp Cheddar, cubed
- 4 oz Brie or Camembert, wedge
- 4 oz Fresh Mozzarella pearls
- 1 cup RITZ Crackers
- 1 cup TRISCUIT Crackers
- 1 cup WHEAT THINS Snacks
- 1/2 cup Green Olives, pitted
- 1 cup Red Grapes, on the stem
- 1/2 cup Raw Almonds
- 2 tbsp Fig Jam or Honey
Instructions:
- Place small ceramic bowls on the wooden board to act as anchors, positioning the brie wedge and cheddar cubes near these bowls to create focal points.
- Fold the prosciutto into loose ribbons to add height and volume, and arrange the salami rounds in an overlapping 'S' curve or shingle pattern across the center of the board.
- Scatter the three types of crackers in clusters around the edges, leaning some against the cheese, and fill remaining gaps with grapes, almonds, and olives.
