Ingredients:
- 8 oz sharp cheddar, cubed
- 7 oz brie, wedge
- 8 oz goat cheese, log
- 4 oz salami, thinly sliced
- 4 oz pepperoni, sliced
- 6 oz assorted crackers
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions:
- Place the ramekins (for honey and nuts) and the largest cheeses on the board in a triangular pattern to create balanced anchors.
- Fold salami circles in half and then half again to create small cones; nestle them tightly together in a curving line across the board.
- Fan out the assorted crackers around the cheese anchors.
- Fill all remaining empty spaces by tucking in the grapes, cucumber slices, and roasted almonds.
- Finish by drizzling honey over the goat cheese or placing it in its designated bowl.
