Ingredients:

  • 8 oz sharp cheddar, cubed
  • 7 oz brie, wedge
  • 8 oz goat cheese, log
  • 4 oz salami, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz pepperoni, sliced
  • 6 oz assorted crackers
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Place the ramekins (for honey and nuts) and the largest cheeses on the board in a triangular pattern to create balanced anchors.
  2. Fold salami circles in half and then half again to create small cones; nestle them tightly together in a curving line across the board.
  3. Fan out the assorted crackers around the cheese anchors.
  4. Fill all remaining empty spaces by tucking in the grapes, cucumber slices, and roasted almonds.
  5. Finish by drizzling honey over the goat cheese or placing it in its designated bowl.
