Ingredients:

  • 4 oz (115g) Sharp Cheddar, cubed
  • 4 oz (115g) Creamy Brie, sliced
  • 4 oz (115g) Goat Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup (125g) Hummus
  • 1 cup (150g) Baby Carrots, whole
  • 1 cup (150g) Cucumber slices, thick-cut
  • 1 cup (150g) Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Castelvetrano Olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Cornichons
  • 1 cup (30g) Whole grain crackers
  • 1/2 cup (60g) Raw Almonds
  • 1/2 cup (60g) Dried Apricots, unsweetened
  • 1 cup (150g) Fresh Grapes
  • 1 cup (150g) Fresh Strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Anchor the Board: Place three ramekins containing hummus, olives, and cornichons on the board to create a structure. Position the Brie in the center, and the Cheddar and Goat cheese on opposite ends to form a visual triangle.
  2. Build the Flow: Arrange the whole grain crackers and sliced cucumbers in curving 'rivers' that flow around the ramekins to guide the eye across the board.
  3. Fill the Voids: Tuck the baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, and grapes into the remaining empty spaces. Scatter the raw almonds and dried apricots in the small gaps to ensure the board looks lush and overflowing.
