Ingredients:

  • 1 lb French Baguette
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 4 oz prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh arugula

Instructions:

  1. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch rounds and arrange them in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, and minced garlic until emulsified.
  3. Brush each baguette slice generously with the garlic-butter mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and salt evenly over the tops of the slices.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 6–10 minutes until the edges are deep mahogany and the cheese is toasted.
  6. Arrange the warm toasts in a circular pattern or rustic pile on a wooden serving board.
  7. Place bowls of goat cheese and honey in the center of the board.
  8. Artfully layer the prosciutto, diced tomatoes, and arugula around the edges of the board.
