Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (at least 36% milk fat)
  • 1.5 tbsp confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp plain full fat Greek yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Place a large metal or glass mixing bowl and the whisk attachment in the freezer for at least 10 minutes to ensure a cold environment for the fat globules.
  2. Pour the cold heavy cream, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt into the chilled bowl. Begin whisking on low speed to create stable micro-bubbles.
  3. Increase the mixer to medium speed. Watch for the mixture to thicken through soft and medium peaks. Stop immediately once stiff peaks form (the peak stands straight up when the whisk is lifted).
