Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until the mixture is velvety and uniform.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt until the spices are evenly distributed.
  3. Pour the marinade into a zip-top bag. Add the chicken, seal the bag, and massage the liquid into the meat to ensure full coverage. Squeeze out excess air before sealing.
  4. Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes (up to 24 hours), then grill until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
