Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup (125g) crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) strawberry jam
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) grape jelly
  • 1/4 cup (60g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 loaf (450g) sliced brioche or sourdough
  • 1 cup (30g) pretzels
  • 1 cup (150g) graham crackers
  • 1 cup (120g) apple slices
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup (150g) red grapes
  • 1/2 cup (60g) sliced bananas
  • 1/4 cup (35g) roasted salted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup (30g) toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup (60g) mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) honey

Instructions:

  1. Slice the bread into fingers or use a circular cookie cutter for polished shapes. Slice apples and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. Spoon creamy peanut butter, crunchy peanut butter, strawberry jam, and grape jelly into separate small ramekins. Smooth the tops with a knife.
  3. Place the ramekins in a staggered pattern across the charcuterie board to act as anchors.
  4. Arrange bread strips and crackers in curving lines around the bowls.
  5. Fill remaining gaps with blueberries, red grapes, banana slices, roasted peanuts, coconut flakes, and mini marshmallows.
  6. Drizzle honey over the fruit and nuts for a final touch.
