Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Mild Cheddar or Colby Jack, cubed
  • 6 oz Deli Turkey or Ham, rolled into tight spirals
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella pearls
  • 1/4 cup Hummus or mild cream cheese
  • 1 cup Blueberries or halved grapes
  • 1 cup Strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup Baby carrots, peeled
  • 1 cup Cucumber slices, quartered
  • 2 cups Whole grain crackers
  • 1 cup Pretzel sticks
  • 1/2 cup Popcorn (plain or lightly salted)
  • 1/4 cup Dried apricots or mango strips
  • 2 tbsp Dark chocolate chips or raisins

Instructions:

  1. Place small bowls on the board to act as anchors. Fill one bowl with hummus, one with chocolate chips, and one with mozzarella pearls, spacing them evenly to create a grid.
  2. Create rivers of color around the bowls by placing orange carrots next to red strawberries, then blueberries, and finally green cucumbers.
  3. Fill the remaining empty spaces with dry items: fan the crackers out in a semi-circle, tuck pretzel sticks into the corners, and nestle turkey rolls and cheese cubes into any remaining gaps.
