Ingredients:
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (minimum 36% fat content, chilled)
- 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar (sifted)
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Fine Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Place your mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to ensure maximum aeration.
- Pour the cold heavy cream into the chilled bowl and start the mixer on low speed.
- Once small bubbles appear on the surface, sift in the powdered sugar and add the vanilla extract and salt.
- Increase the mixer speed to medium-high. Whisk until the beaters leave visible trails in the cream.
- Continue whisking until medium-stiff peaks form, where the cream stands upright on the whisk but the very tip may slightly curl.
