Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (minimum 36% fat content, chilled)
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar (sifted)
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Fine Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Place your mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to ensure maximum aeration.
  2. Pour the cold heavy cream into the chilled bowl and start the mixer on low speed.
  3. Once small bubbles appear on the surface, sift in the powdered sugar and add the vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Increase the mixer speed to medium-high. Whisk until the beaters leave visible trails in the cream.
  5. Continue whisking until medium-stiff peaks form, where the cream stands upright on the whisk but the very tip may slightly curl.
