Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Pour the chilled heavy whipping cream into a cold bowl and beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla bean paste, and salt until evenly distributed and glossy.
- Gently scoop one-third of the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture and stir to lighten the base, then gradually fold in the remaining whipped cream using a rubber spatula with a 'cut and fold' motion.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x5 inch metal loaf pan, smooth the top, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
