Ingredients:
- 8 oz Brie wheel
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 4 oz fresh figs
- 1 cup sliced apricots
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1/2 cup raw walnut halves
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 150g whole grain crackers
Instructions:
- Wash all berries and grapes in cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Slice the figs and apricots into uniform halves.
- Place the raw walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat. Toss frequently for 3–5 minutes until fragrant and slightly darkened, then remove from heat.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the brie wheel on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until the center is soft and yielding.
- Place the warm brie in the center of a wooden serving board.
- Arrange the prepared fruits in clusters around the cheese, alternating colors. Add the toasted walnuts, whole grain crackers, and a sprig of rosemary for garnish.
- Drizzle with honey if desired before serving.
