Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) sharp cheddar, cubed
  • 8 oz (225g) brie, sliced into wedges
  • 4 oz (115g) goat cheese, rolled in herbs
  • 1 box (150g) assorted crackers
  • 1/2 cup (65g) raw almonds
  • 1 bag (100g) breadsticks
  • 1 cup (150g) red grapes
  • 1 medium (150g) granny smith apple, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup (75g) fresh blueberries
  • 4 oz (115g) salami
  • 4 oz (115g) prosciutto

Instructions:

  1. Map the anchor points by placing small ramekins and the largest cheese wedges on the board, spacing them unevenly to create a natural flow.
  2. Fill the gaps by surrounding the anchors with crackers and cured meats. Create 'rivers' of crackers curving around the cheese, and fold the salami and prosciutto to add height.
  3. Add the final flourish by tucking grapes, apple slices, and berries into the remaining holes, then scattering nuts into the tiniest gaps for an abundant look.
