Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) sharp cheddar, cubed
- 8 oz (225g) brie, sliced into wedges
- 4 oz (115g) goat cheese, rolled in herbs
- 1 box (150g) assorted crackers
- 1/2 cup (65g) raw almonds
- 1 bag (100g) breadsticks
- 1 cup (150g) red grapes
- 1 medium (150g) granny smith apple, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup (75g) fresh blueberries
- 4 oz (115g) salami
- 4 oz (115g) prosciutto
Instructions:
- Map the anchor points by placing small ramekins and the largest cheese wedges on the board, spacing them unevenly to create a natural flow.
- Fill the gaps by surrounding the anchors with crackers and cured meats. Create 'rivers' of crackers curving around the cheese, and fold the salami and prosciutto to add height.
- Add the final flourish by tucking grapes, apple slices, and berries into the remaining holes, then scattering nuts into the tiniest gaps for an abundant look.
