Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread flour on a baking sheet and bake for 5–7 minutes, stirring halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Let cool completely.
  2. Cream together softened butter and brown sugar. Stir in milk, vanilla, and salt. Fold in cooled, sifted flour until dough forms. Stir in mini chocolate chips, roll into pea-sized balls, and freeze on a tray for 20 minutes.
  3. Beat cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture using a spatula.
  4. Fold the frozen cookie dough chunks into the vanilla base. Pour into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
