Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread flour on a baking sheet and bake for 5–7 minutes, stirring halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Let cool completely.
- Cream together softened butter and brown sugar. Stir in milk, vanilla, and salt. Fold in cooled, sifted flour until dough forms. Stir in mini chocolate chips, roll into pea-sized balls, and freeze on a tray for 20 minutes.
- Beat cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture using a spatula.
- Fold the frozen cookie dough chunks into the vanilla base. Pour into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
