Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
- Use paper towels to pat the pork tenderloin completely dry to ensure a proper crust forms.
- Rub the olive oil evenly over the entire surface of the meat.
- Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano; massage the seasoning into the meat until fully coated.
- Place the tenderloin in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is space around the meat for air circulation.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Flip the pork using tongs halfway through the cooking process (around the 8-10 minute mark).
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer starting at the 15-minute mark; remove the pork when it reaches 140°F (60°C).
- Transfer the pork to a cutting board, tent loosely with foil, and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
