Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Use paper towels to pat the pork tenderloin completely dry to ensure a proper crust forms.
  2. Rub the olive oil evenly over the entire surface of the meat.
  3. Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano; massage the seasoning into the meat until fully coated.
  4. Place the tenderloin in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is space around the meat for air circulation.
  5. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Flip the pork using tongs halfway through the cooking process (around the 8-10 minute mark).
  7. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer starting at the 15-minute mark; remove the pork when it reaches 140°F (60°C).
  8. Transfer the pork to a cutting board, tent loosely with foil, and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
