  • 3 oz Goat Cheese or Brie
  • 2 oz Gorgonzola or Roquefort
  • 3 oz Prosciutto or Bresaola
  • 3 oz Lean Turkey Breast or Serrano Ham
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries or Raspberries
  • 4 oz Sliced Pear or Apple
  • 1/2 cup Seeded Crackers or Almond Flour Crisps
  • 1/4 cup Raw Almonds or Walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Castelvetrano Olives
  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey or Fig Jam
  • 1 tbsp Cornichons or pickled peppadews

Instructions:

  1. Place small ceramic ramekins on the serving board to act as anchors for the olives and honey.
  2. Position the three types of cheese in a triangular formation around the bowls to create visual balance.
  3. Fold the prosciutto and lean turkey breast into ribbons or roses to add height, placing them in the gaps between the cheese and bowls in an organic S-curve.
  4. Tuck the sliced pears and berries into the remaining empty spaces on the board.
  5. Scatter the almonds and seed crackers in small clusters across the platter.
  6. Finish by drizzling the honey over the goat cheese or placing it in a ramekin for dipping.
