- 4 oz Sliced Pear or Apple
- 1/2 cup Seeded Crackers or Almond Flour Crisps
- 1/4 cup Raw Almonds or Walnuts
- 2 tbsp Castelvetrano Olives
- 1 tbsp Raw Honey or Fig Jam
- 1 tbsp Cornichons or pickled peppadews
Instructions:

- Position the three types of cheese in a triangular formation around the bowls to create visual balance.
- Fold the prosciutto and lean turkey breast into ribbons or roses to add height, placing them in the gaps between the cheese and bowls in an organic S-curve.
- Tuck the sliced pears and berries into the remaining empty spaces on the board.
- Scatter the almonds and seed crackers in small clusters across the platter.
- Finish by drizzling the honey over the goat cheese or placing it in a ramekin for dipping.
