Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin

Instructions:

  1. Pat the pork tenderloin completely dry with paper towels to ensure a mahogany crust.
  2. Combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl and massage firmly into all sides of the meat.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the seasoned pork in the air fryer basket, ensuring it does not touch the sides. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C).
  5. Whisk together BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Generously brush the glaze over the top and sides of the pork.
  6. Return the pork to the air fryer for another 3–5 minutes until the sauce bubbles and the internal temperature reaches exactly 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let the meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
