Ingredients:

  • 4 oz sharp cheddar, cubed
  • 4 oz brie, sliced into wedges
  • 4 oz goat cheese, sliced
  • 4 oz prosciutto, ribboned
  • 4 oz salami, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced into rounds
  • 1 small apple, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz whole-grain crackers
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olives

Instructions:

  1. Place small ceramic bowls for olives and honey on the board first to act as anchors, then position the three cheeses in a triangular formation around the board.
  2. Fold the prosciutto into ribbons or roses and tuck them next to the brie; arrange the salami slices in a fan pattern leading away from the cheddar.
  3. Fill the remaining open spaces by tucking in clusters of grapes and strawberries, and place sliced cucumbers and apples in alternating sections for color contrast.
