Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Pat the pork tenderloin completely dry with paper towels to ensure a mahogany crust forms.
  2. Rub olive oil evenly across the entire surface of the meat.
  3. Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika; coat the pork generously, pressing the spices into the meat.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (205°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the tenderloin in the basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through using tongs.
  6. Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Brush the glaze liberally over the pork during the last 3-5 minutes of cooking.
  7. Use a meat thermometer to check the thickest part of the meat; remove immediately when it hits 140°F (60°C).
  8. Transfer the meat to a cutting board, tent loosely with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
