Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin, trimmed of silver skin
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Pat the pork tenderloin completely dry with paper towels. Rub the avocado oil evenly across the surface, then coat the meat with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika, pressing the spices into the meat.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the tenderloin in the center of the basket.
  3. Cook for 6 minutes, flip using tongs, and cook for another 6 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
  4. Immediately upon removing the pork from the air fryer, place a generous dollop of the prepared garlic butter on top of the meat.
  5. Tent the pork loosely with foil and let it rest for 10 minutes to allow the butter to melt and the internal temperature to reach 145°F (63°C).
